Isn't Year 1 too early for tutoring?
Yes, and it is the strongest route in. The maths and English foundations built here are exactly what the 11+ tests, 80% of our 11+ students pass for grammar school, and our dedicated 11+ programme takes over when the time comes.
What happens in the free assessment?
We assess your child in maths and English against their age-expected level and show you their strengths and the gaps, in writing. You keep that picture whether or not you join.
How big are the classes, and who teaches them?
Classes are capped at five or six children and taught by fully qualified teachers. Small enough that every child gets real attention, with enough peers to keep it fun and motivating.
Is £160 per child, and what does it include?
Yes, £160 a month per child, covering both weekly hours, assessments, marked homework, resources and progress updates. VAT included, monthly and rolling with one month’s notice.
Is it in centre or online?
Both, with the same teachers and the same structure. In centre at our Birmingham sites on Coventry Road and Soho Road, or live online anywhere.
